Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion and carrots; cook until softened.
- Stir in the peas, tomato paste, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish.
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the meat mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

- Use leftover mashed potatoes for a quicker option.
- Add herbs like thyme for extra flavor.
