Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef or lamb
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions, garlic, carrots, and cook until softened.
- Stir in peas, corn, broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden.
