- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 avocado, diced
- Sour cream, for serving
- Salsa, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the packet instructions, and stir until well combined.
- On a large sheet pan, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
- Evenly distribute the seasoned ground beef over the chips.
- Sprinkle black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and olives over the beef.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with green onions and diced avocado.
- Serve immediately with sour cream and salsa on the side.
