Description
Deliciously crispy shaved Brussels sprouts cooked in the air fryer until golden brown and tender. A perfect side dish for any meal!

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and shaved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the shaved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice until well coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and top with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
