Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and shaved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shaved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice until well coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and top with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
