- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp mint extract
- 1/2 cup green food coloring
- 12 oz vanilla wafers
- 2 cups milk
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and mint extract.
- Add green food coloring to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix until thickened.
- Layer vanilla wafers, mint mixture, and pudding in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Top with chocolate chips.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
