- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes until just cooked through.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
