- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in crab meat, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the shrimp-crab mix, and a third of the mozzarella.
- Repeat with another layer of noodles, ricotta, seafood, and mozzarella.
- Top with remaining noodles, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh crab meat for best results.
- Substitute with imitation crab if needed.
- Let lasagna rest before slicing to prevent it from falling apart.
