These easy no-bake granola bars are perfect for school snacks! Packed with oats, honey, and your favorite mix-ins, they’re healthy and delicious.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, dried fruit, and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, lift the granola bars out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares or bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
