Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
