Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add honey, garlic, and soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss asparagus with remaining olive oil and grill for 5 minutes.
- Combine sausage and sweet potatoes with the honey garlic sauce.
- Serve with grilled asparagus on the side.

- Use any type of sausage you prefer.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
- Roast sweet potatoes longer for crispier texture.
