- 4 cups bread, cubed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cooked sausage, sautéed onion, chopped sage, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and beaten eggs.

- Spoon the mixture into a greased mini muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
