Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add cooked sausage and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
