  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup (75g) cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients.
  4. Spread batter in the pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Drizzle salted caramel over warm brownies.
  6. Make ganache: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth.
  7. Spread ganache over brownies. Let cool before cutting.
