Deliciously rich and fudgy brownie bites topped with a luscious salted caramel drizzle.
Ingredients

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- Sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownie bites to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cool, drizzle salted caramel sauce over the brownie bites and sprinkle with sea salt.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Store brownie bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
