- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, drizzle the brownie bites with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
Notes
- Store brownie bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- For an extra touch, you can add chopped nuts or swirl in extra caramel sauce into the batter before baking.
