Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Once cooled, drizzle the brownie bites with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
