This S’mores Dip is a gooey and delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, perfect for sharing with friends and family. It combines chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers for an irresistible dessert.

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups marshmallows
- for serving graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a medium oven-safe dish, combine chocolate chips and butter. Melt in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stir until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Top the melted chocolate with marshmallows, spreading them evenly over the chocolate layer.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake until the marshmallows are golden brown and gooey, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.
Notes
- For an extra flavor twist, consider adding a pinch of salt or a drizzle of caramel sauce on top before baking.
- You can also use mini marshmallows for easier melting.
- If you don’t have an oven-safe dish, this can also be made in a cast-iron skillet.
