Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the rotisserie chicken from the packaging and shred the meat, discarding the skin and bones.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, half of the cheese, heavy cream, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
