Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter to the skillet and melt. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and paprika, then mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, then serve hot.
