Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, apple cider, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Pour remaining marinade over it.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Toss potato fries with vegetable oil and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake fries for 25 minutes or until crispy.
  8. Serve chicken with fries.
