- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, apple cider, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Pour remaining marinade over it.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Toss potato fries with vegetable oil and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake fries for 25 minutes or until crispy.
- Serve chicken with fries.
