- 2 beef steaks, 8 oz each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup red wine
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add minced garlic and rosemary on top of the steaks.
- Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In the last 2 minutes, add asparagus to the grill.
- Remove steaks and asparagus from heat and let them rest.
- In a saucepan, add red wine and lemon juice, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve steaks with asparagus and drizzle with red wine sauce.
