Description

A simple and flavorful roasted turkey breast with herb butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast (about 34 lbs)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix butter, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Loosen the turkey breast skin gently and spread herb butter underneath.
  4. Rub olive oil over the outside of the turkey breast.
  5. Place turkey breast on a roasting rack in a pan.
  6. Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
