A simple and flavorful roasted turkey breast with herb butter.
Ingredients

- 1 turkey breast (about 3–4 lbs)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix butter, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Loosen the turkey breast skin gently and spread herb butter underneath.
- Rub olive oil over the outside of the turkey breast.
- Place turkey breast on a roasting rack in a pan.
- Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
- Letting the turkey rest ensures juiciness.
