- 1 teaspoon of rosemary, dried
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dice the potatoes into even pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in water for 30 minutes before roasting.
- You can add your favorite herbs for more flavor.
