Delicious roast beef sliders perfect for parties or quick meals.

- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 6 slices provolone cheese, halved
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix mayonnaise and horseradish sauce in a small bowl.
- Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in another bowl.
- Spread horseradish mixture on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on each bun.
- Place the top half of the bun over the cheese.
- Brush the tops with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and buns are golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh roast beef for best results.
- Adjust horseradish to taste.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
