Description
A rich and flavorful dish combining tender Cajun steak tips with rigatoni pasta in a creamy garlic butter Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb steak tips (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak tips for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Slice steak tips and serve over pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
- Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water to thin sauce if needed.
