Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Mix well and pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
