- 4 cups Fresh rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Toss until the rhubarb is evenly coated.
- Transfer the rhubarb mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the rhubarb mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
- You can substitute half of the rhubarb with strawberries for a delicious twist.
