Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Toss until the rhubarb is evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the rhubarb mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the rhubarb mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
