Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix well and pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine softened butter, oats, and brown sugar. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the rhubarb mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
