A deliciously sweet and tangy rhubarb crisp topped with a buttery oat crumble, perfect for dessert or a sweet treat any time of the year.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Fresh rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix well and pour into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine softened butter, oats, and brown sugar. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the rhubarb mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
