- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the vegetables are tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
