- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, egg yolk, and salt until crumbly.
- Press dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate with heavy cream and pour into the cooled crust.
- Arrange raspberries on top and refrigerate for 2 hours.
