Ingredients

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, warm milk, melted butter, egg, and salt in a bowl until dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread raspberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 8 slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
