- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and butter to form the shortbread base. Press into a lined baking pan.
- Bake the base for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked base.
- Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam onto the cream cheese layer and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
