Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  2. Mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and butter to form the shortbread base. Press into a lined baking pan.
