Delicious raspberry almond bars with a crumbly base and a smooth almond layer. Perfect for dessert or a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, softened butter, and granulated sugar until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  5. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the baked crust.
  6. Sprinkle the almond flour and sliced almonds over the jam.
  7. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
