A simple and flavorful ranch chicken dish made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese and stir until melted.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or pasta.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
