- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until slightly tender.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for another 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot.

- Use thick-cut potatoes for better texture.
- Check chicken internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
