Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and blueberries. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of sugar and toss to coat. Let sit for 15 minutes until the juices are released.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, Greek yogurt, remaining sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Divide the berry mixture among serving glasses or bowls.
  4. Spoon the cream mixture over the berries, filling each glass.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
