- 200g Digestive biscuits
- 50g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 100g Butter
- 100g Granulated sugar
- 100ml Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- to taste Chocolate sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces and set aside.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and sugar together until combined.
- Add the cocoa powder and milk to the saucepan, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the crushed biscuits to the chocolate mixture and stir until all the biscuits are coated.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the biscuit mixture into the pan, pressing it down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, remove from the pan and slice into pieces. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your quick no-bake dessert!
