Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for extra flavor.
- You can add nuts or chocolate chips for variety.
