- 2 hamburger buns
- 1 beef patty (4 oz)
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 1 slice of tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season the beef patty with salt and pepper.
- Cook the beef patty for about 4 minutes on one side.
- Flip the patty and add the cheese on top.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1 minute.
- Assemble the burger by placing the patty on the bottom bun.
- Add ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and tomato.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
