Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and dried herbs until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked bacon or sausage if using.
  4. Place the pie crust in a 7-inch (or suitable size) air fryer-safe pan. Pour the egg mixture into the crust.
  5. Carefully place the pan in the air fryer basket.
