- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, oregano, or basil)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and dried herbs until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked bacon or sausage if using.
- Place the pie crust in a 7-inch (or suitable size) air fryer-safe pan. Pour the egg mixture into the crust.
- Carefully place the pan in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the quiche in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once cooked, remove the quiche from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy your quick and delicious air fryer quiche!
