A quick and easy beef and vegetable stir fry packed with flavor and nutrients.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the pan. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
