- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Filling: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup softened butter
- Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, pumpkin puree, melted butter, egg, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.

- Let the dough rise in a warm place for better results.
