Instructions

- Mix pumpkin puree, peanut butter, sugar, and egg in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mix.
- Stir until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
