Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pita breads, cut into triangles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Toss pita triangles with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
  3. Blend chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Drizzle hummus with olive oil and serve with pita chips.
