A creamy pumpkin hummus served with crispy pita chips.
Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 pita breads, cut into triangles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Toss pita triangles with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
- Blend chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Drizzle hummus with olive oil and serve with pita chips.

- Store hummus refrigerated for up to 5 days.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
