Instructions
- Mix pumpkin puree, flour, egg, salt, and nutmeg to form a dough.
- Roll the dough into ropes and cut into small pieces.
- Boil gnocchi in salted water until they float, then drain.
- Melt butter in a pan until golden brown.
- Add sage leaves and cook for 1 minute.
- Toss cooked gnocchi in the butter sauce.
- Serve with grated Parmesan.
