- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, butter, and brown sugar.
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Let cookies cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Frost the cooled cookies with cream cheese icing.
