  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and spices.
  2. In another bowl, mix pumpkin, milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  7. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for icing.
  12. Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
