- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter

- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups oil for frying
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, butter, sugar, and spices over medium heat until melted and mixed.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Pipe the dough into the hot oil using a star tip, cutting to desired lengths.
- Fry churros in small batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove churros and drain on paper towels.
- Roll churros in cinnamon sugar while still warm.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler for the dipping sauce.
- Serve churros warm with chocolate sauce on the side.
