- 1 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin puree for best results.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cloves.
