A fun and indulgent dessert combining cookie dough and cheesecake in a pull-apart loaf.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press half the cookie dough into the loaf pan.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over the dough.
- Top with remaining cookie dough.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature ingredients for even mixing.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
