Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add honey, applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
